It is always a pleasure dealing with Archie (McNaughton). He treats his customers with respect, and is not pushy or a model of the typical "used-car salesman". He appreciates what a customer (like me) responds to when discussing a deal. When we approached the dealership in the hopes of a decent deal, Archie met us with several different options. We talked about the pros and cons of several different makes and models, he allowed us to voice our reservations and/or positive opinions and I felt he was REALLY listening. He also gave a well thought out argument in regards to my old car (trade-in vs private sale) In the end, I bought a brand new Fiat, and I am delighted with the whole experience. Love my car! Thanks again, Archie. (Like the squirrel, too)

My 50K service

Not quite five stars; the need for brake work came as a bit of a surprise because some major work had already been done and I'm not at three years of ownership yet. That said, Mike and Oxford are thorough, on time and attention to the customer is excellent.

We flew to London and were picked up at the airport. When we arrived at the Dealer our beautiful new car was there waiting for us, top down and looking fabulous. I fell in love with it all over again.
