Dwayne was wonderful. He provides excellent customer service and clearly explained the issue with our truck. I really appreciated that our brake problem (rare) was covered just past the warranty period.

Issue with the tire sensor system. Tricky to figure out but everyone never gave up and all resolved in good order.

I found the service to be top notch. Nobody likes to pay for repairs but its a necessary evil and being a business owner I find it very important to leave my work van in the hands of a reputable company such as Oxford Dodge.

Our almost new Jeep was repaired at Oxford collision.

Our Jeep was involved in a collision, with damage to the bumper and other front end components. I found the collision service advisors to be knowledgeable and helpful, and expressed a genuine interest to work to restore our vehicle back to its pre-collision (pristine) state. The work was excellent - no residual evidence of the previous damage. Very satisfied.
