That was the worst service I experienced yesterday. I requested to put air in the spare tire, as the spare tire - low pressure get coming on. I also requested them to reset the perform service alarm (which at my last service that was completed they never did), and they never reset yesterday. I used to get very good service when Jason was in charge of the service. Very disappointed after yesterday. At this time, will not be returning. Also, was asked if he could replace a fuse for my lighter. He said no. But a gentleman from the service department stated he could have done it.

Initially a bit of confusion because service did not have my truck in their system that was supposed to be set up by sales dept. However, the service was friendly and fast they even provided me with a loaner car. All around very satisfied.

they were very nice and quick and let me know that my next appointment that my tires needed to be rotated. They took me in at 345pm on saturday 15 mins before close.
