I have had starting issues with HRV for more than a year. The service department listened to me and explored the possible causes. They accomplished this work quickly and cooperated with CAA to replace the battery. They explored other possible causes and hopefully resolved the problem thoroughly. Mcleod Simpson was the person I spoke with and it must be said that he is professional and very helpful. Many thank to him.

I couldn't start my car after shopping so a friend came to give me a boost. I phoned Honda while I was waiting to ask if I could drive it over there if we got it started. I spoke to Erwin(? sp) and he took all the details and told me to bring the car in. I was very pleased that he was so patient and helpful with me on the phone When I got to Honda I received instant attention from Jeremy the sales advisor who listened to what I had to tell him about the car and the problems over the past few days. He then explained what would be done to try and locate the source of the problem. I later received calls from him and from Michelle updating me.about what was needed. I was able to pick up the car the following afternoon. I must emphasize that having patient and helpful staff turned a very stressful event into a not so bad situation and the prompt attention given to the car was great. Keep up the good work.

I am satisfied with the service, presently the oil change and filter has been an issue to the time between the call for one and the day to which it can be done. The last 2 times have been great without a prolonged wait time for servicing . I could go elsewhere as i live in a small town with plenty of service . However i prefer Winnipeg Honda if possible
