a minute ago My wife and I had a great/safe experience last Saturday looking at a new Envision. What a nice crossover. Lauren was professional, respectful and full of helpful information and insight. Recently acquired a lovely, well cared for, used vehicle from this dealership, and I would absolutely reccomend them to anyone. I'm a first timer, so the whole process was very unknown to me, but the salesperson I had worked with, Lauren, went way past above and beyond in helping me. She explained everything in a simple, concise way; made sure I understood everything; and she was always able to promptly field any questions I had with satisfying answers that helped me understand far more than what I was asking, and to top it off, she is the sweetest soul you could hope to meet. The pricing and financing were more than fair for my situation, and they'll be able to put you into your dream vehicle without busting your budget. If I had to say anything negative, it'd be that the Financial Manager I had dealt with, Tim, was a bit impatient at times, (which is understandable, given my lack of understanding of various aspects, and the many issues that arose during the process) and that he tends to leave 'phone tag' messages, imploring you to call him directly, when a simple message saying what he had wanted to over the phone would suffice, but that didn't take away from the overall astounding experience I've had with this dealership, and with everyone else I had the pleasure of speaking to.

I was looking to trade my 2017 GMC Sierra and wasn’t sure what I wanted. Mike took me out to the lot asked me questions and showed me what he thought I would be interested in and did a great job of it. Then helped me decide if I should lease or buy. Katie was very organized and helpful with the paperwork and the pick up. Very satisfied.

The staff was very helpful and quick to respond when inquiring about the vehicle. I heard back within 20 minutes of requesting a test drive. The process went very quickly and painlessly and I was able to get my new car in only a couple business days. The sales staff was very helpful and I didn’t feel pressured during the whole buying experience.
