The sales group treated me like second class when I wasn't going to jump on a deal for a vehicle right away. They wouldn't talk numbers without appraising my trade in when I asked about the price out the door. This is the 2nd time I've been treated poorly and took my business elsewhere.

Mike was very professional, very polite knowledgeable and if not sure of something found out, and definitely not pushy. Never felt rushed when looking at vehicles or when inside talking deal. Great salesman

Edit: I was contacted by the Hudson team and there was an error during the booking. I was credited for everything and they have fixed the issue. I appreciate that they took the time to investigate the issue and let me know what was happening. I changed my rating to 4 stars. I live in owen sound and I bought my car from listowel (great buying experience!). I was emailed (by Molly) about my car needing a multi point vehicle inspection and an oil change. I was told in the email that both of these services would be complimentary for my new car. I drove the 1.5 hours to my appointment and when I arrived I was told that my mpvi would not be included. I already drove all that way so I just paid the amount for the mpvi. A week later I received a phone call saying I needed to pay for my oil change too. So now I'm out over 100 bucks and I spent an entire day driving to and from listowel and waiting at my service appointment. I am not happy that I've been lied to!

Got me the exact truck I wanted in only a few days and were great to deal with. Love my truck. Knowledge friendly staff.

The people are alright to deal with just bought a used truck and work was not completed that originally said was going to be done. Andrew attempted to make it better by offering a paint stick for minor blemishes. Inside wasn’t detailed well, main areas were clean but finger prints and hand prints on grab handles.
