I live in owen sound and I bought my car from listowel (great buying experience!). I was emailed (by Molly) about my car needing a multi point vehicle inspection and an oil change. I was told in the email that both of these services would be complimentary for my new car. I drove the 1.5 hours tk my appointment and when I arrived I was told that my mpvi would not be included. I already drove all that way so I just paid the amount for the mpvi. A week later I received a phone call saying I needed to pay for my oil change too. So now I'm out over 200 bucks and I spent an entire day driving to and from listowel and waiting at my service appointment. I am not happy that I've been lied to! Im never coming back and will not be sending anyone there to buy anymore vehicles

Disappointed in the service department. Here's my experience, in the order it happened. This summer I bought a 2020 Silverado 3500. November 17 I bring the truck in because of a factory defect. The brake controller malfunctions when hooked to my electric over hydraulic trailer brakes. They send me on my way without any repairs or solutions to the problem. I contact another garage and order parts to fix it. December 2 I purchase parts online and get them shipped. December 3 larry Hudson calls back with a solution but I've already ordered parts. December 10 I bring it in again because the truck brakes are wearing out rapidly due to the defective trailer brake controller. They quote me more than $1,100 to fix the brakes on my 5 month old truck with 23k, and refuse to cover it with warranty because it's "my fault" for over heating them when I've made every effort to fix it in time. I'm super let down. Just finished buying a new truck and now I will be buying all new brake pads & rotors for it

Need more sport trim levels

Hi John. We value your feedback. We do have “sport” line options available in a number of our models, although they are labeled differently (ex. “RS”). GM is always researching different options/trims based on consumer demand and evolving technology. If there’s something specific you’re after, we will certainly do our best to find you something to suit your needs!
