If it was not for Mike's amazing personality and knowledge of Honda products I would not have purchased a Honda as I have been a die hard Ford customer over the years.

Mike knows his Honda products and put me in a vehicle that best suited my needs, wants and budget. I had visited other dealerships that day (Ford, Toyota) and Mike was the only salesman that gave me a thorough over view of the vehicle before I went out on the road for a test drive. Thanks Mike for the wonderful experience. I love my new Honda.

Sales team was great. However I was disappointed with the flaw in my dashboard and the broken/blocked windshield wiper tubes. My windshield also cracked all the way across due to a tiny stone chip within the first 2 weeks. The service manager stated unequivocally that "no warranty would cover that." I was disappointed that I had to pay out of pocket for this. Also, I am having problems using the back up camera as the view and dynamic lines are very misleading. The space behind the car is much shorter than the back up camera makes it look. I almost backed up right into my house. I think this may be a design flaw. There is nothing in the user guide to explain how to interpret the lines...I will try online to see if there is a youtube video about it. As I said though I did like my sales agent Kim and found her very friendly and competent.

Professional, courteous, patient, informative and helpful. I found all the staff at Orangeville Honda a pleasure to deal with, especially my sales associate - Dave Osbourne. If it weren't for Dave I may not have bought a Honda, but am very glad I did. I was well taken care of by everyone through the entire purchase process and I look forward to continuing the relationship with the Orangeville dealership for the care and servicing of my SUV.

I bought my new civic from Kim because she was so pleasant to deal with. Kim answered each and every question with professional knowledge. I was even introduced to the service manager for future maintenance issues. I felt comfortable becoming part of the Orangeville Honds family.

We blew a tire in our way from London to Collingwood. We called to see if we could get in to have repaired as had entire weekend holiday with lots of driving planned. David helped us, said would be able to help and to come on in - even called 20 mins later To make sure we weren't lost! Arrived at dealership and were back on the road with repaired tire in less than 30minutes! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and took a bad thing and turned it into a nice 30min pit stop - and the kids discovered video games that mama grew up with too!
