I am the owner of a large landscape construction company in the area. We have a fleet of trucks including Hondas, GMC, Ford and Dodge. On August 11 we dropped a 2008 Ridgeline for the replacement of an ignition switch. The work was completed Sept 6th for a cost of $1235.00 When the truck was picked up, the steering wheel was seized and would not turn. The vehicle was left at the dealership so that this could be corrected. We were informed that the steering wheel coliumn had seized and it needed to be replaced for $900. We questioned the service manager, Dave Marshall, about this as it had been fine prior to the ignition switch replacement. The service department was rude and not receptive to investigating this issue further. We maintained that during the installation of the ignition switch, the shop damaged a bushing in the steering column when installing the switch. The dealer refused to repair the issue. We took the truck to Erskines in town and they made the repair for $900. They have recorded that the issue indeed was caused by the previous mechanic who damaged the bushing on the steering column during the ignition switch installation. So 4 months later and $2100 we have our truck back. This dealer has lost our business and I suggest any new buyer seriously consider their options before doing business with this group.

In July we bought a used 2009 VW Golf city from this dealer. The sales experience was great and we really like the car. A week later we picked up the car and the dealer said,that the car needed new taillights. There were pieces broken off and cracked plastic and not able to pass safety. In 30 days the airco stopped working and the sales department at first did not want to do any thing. We offered to pay part of it and agreed with service manager Rick to deliver a new AC compressor and service would install it. The airco is working fine now, a good job done by the service department. It is now 14 weeks and we still have not seen new taillight, which by the way I offered to install myself to safe the dealer cost. The MOST frustrating thing is, that as soon you drive of their dealer lot.is that your phone calls totally get ignored and no responce to any thing. We are very,very disapointed and have an awfull bad feeling. Please think twice to buy a used car from this dealer.

I emailed a complaint to the GM, Kelly and m Micheal and received no response regarding the fact that the brakes were not installed properly. Very unprofessional and I'm considering an OMVIC complaint.

I'm very happy with my decision to go to Orangeville Honda because of the employees that work there!! everyone from the receptionist to the sales reps are all very welcoming. Dave Osborne made my decision an easy one when I decided to buy my Honda Accord. Dave was very knowledgeable and is a really good sales rep and is a people person... Thanks Mr.Osborne

The people are so nice. They entertain there clients well. They explain all the details what car you want to buy or lease and they will tell what is good and bad on the cars.
