Went to go make an appointment to go get my oil changed love the fact that they had hot drinks and cold services were amazing very friendly ... and funny and the driver that drove me home and pick me up was also very friendly and kind ... I needed extra work done and they took care of that and had my car ready before I needed to pick up my daughter for school I give them a two thumbs up ��

We were disappointed that the work needed to be done as over $5,000 had been spent on the vehicle 2 months ago.

The water pump needed to be replaced on an engine that had been put into the car by Orangeville Honda 2 months ago. We were advised that the front tie rods needed to be replaced and another alignment done. An alignment had been done 2 months ago. We did not get the tie rods replaced at this time because we could not be sure that it was necessary and wanted another opinion. As noted, in June there was a lot of work done on the car. The bill was approx $5,300. There was a used engine put in the car. We understand there was a lot of maintenance work done. We expect a lot of it was necessary but can't be sure unless another garage reviews the bill, car and the work that was done. The dealership made a lot of money on the labor performed at the time. We certainly hope all the work was done and it was not just on paper. However based on the fact that there were issues 2 months later, there isn't much confidence there. The car was taken to this dealership at this point to check into the recent work that had been done and see if there were guarantees on that work. We will not be taking any vehicles to Orangeville Honda in future.

In today's day and age, it is refreshing to have someone with knowledge about "the product" and the comparisons with various competitors. Shane was informative and made information very easy to understand. His no pressure approach, spend time with the customer, was and is perfect. Thank you Shane!

Shane Lynch was helpful and was and answered all my questions. Felt just a little rushed but I understand used Hondas don't hang around long. financing was not set up as requested but it was dealt with.
