Sales person showed me nothing about the vehicle. I basically sold the car to myself. He could not meet the delivery date that he set, as he was grossly unorganized. In a sentence he took the fun out purchasing a new vehicle. I will never service nor purchase another vehicle from Orangeville Honda.

I found the sales man..Ian to be the most non-pushy one I have ever met..He had the answers and went and got the ones he didn't.......I did find it a little disappointing that the car,once sold to me,was not taken in for detailing right away and sat on the lot with a "SOLD" sign (for free advertising) for almost a week. The main sore spot was the fact,noone disclosed that the car had been in ANY accident prior,and was only discovered upon reading the carproof which was,i guess,MY fault for not asking about that

Sam washed off my old license plates so they would look better on my new car and went through all of the gadgets the car has. She showed me the features I would probably use most and synched my phone to the car. It was an easy transition to my new car.

The service provided by all concerned was helpful and considerate from day one, particularly from the saleswoman, Kim. Particularly liked the friendly manner that was provided with no heavy handed selling. Rather, it was here is our product, here is what we offer, now over to you. Also noteworthy that a couple of issues discovered after the purchase were dealt with efficiently and courteously.

On my last visit our CRV needed an oil change and tire rotation, when I arrived I was informed it needed a software update for the transmission. I wasn't told how long it would take. I was also told I needed my brakes serviced and was told it would take 2hours. I told the person at the counter I did not have that much time and would get the brakes done on my next visit. I arrived at 11:05 and left at 12:45 had I known I could have waited the extra 20 minutes and had the brakes done.

We never felt pressured into buying a new vehicle. the sales rep showed us the features of the new vehicle showing great patience for our lack of knowledge. We never felt rushed or unimportant. We never felt we were not getting the best price. You could tell this was a person who really enjoyed what he was doing,
