Horrible experience 😪 after driving over 3hours to get problems sorted out that was supposed to get done b4 Covid-19 but got shoved under the carpet. Staff try their best but management is another level of unprofessional

Not posting too often reviews, but this time Collingwood Toyota ... "forced" me to do it. :) My experience buying a car from here was simply remarkable! A to Z = 5 stars. The car (2019 Highlander) was exactly as described by Ted Rush ( Senior Sales Rep), I've received the car as promised in almost mint condition, like a brand new one! When time will come to buy another car for my self or my family this is my shop for next one. Ted, Thank you for business, as I said: you are from different league!

Tim helped me purchase my used 2014 4runner limited from this dealership. He was very helpful and not pushy. I would highly recommend asking for him if you are visiting the dealership. The whole dealership is nice and they helped deliver my car very clean.
