It is frustrating that every time I bring the vehicle in for an oil change, there's always something else that is needed which always costs me $250 +

Our 2004 Pilot was towed in as the gear shift was not working and it would not start....over $600 was paid for the repairs, but once they were done, we were told there were no guarantees that the repair would work. So, why were they done if the vehicle is not fixed....and it is not, my husband had a hard time yesterday changing gears again. I do not know a lot about car repairs, but this does seem a bit weird to me. We were told the repairman broke 2 bolts while doing the work, and they were drilled and tap to the best of their ability, but not sure how well they would hold......this is all very strange to me

I was told by finance manager when I agreed to the final coat and corrosion module that it covered all rus on the body. Now I am told I need to pay to have the door revisited because it was caused by a scratch...

My appointment was booked for a routine oil change and on my way to the shop, my tire pressure light came on. My service advisor, Kara Wing ensured the technician looked into the problem and the problem was fixed during this visit and I did not have to return. The service I received during this visit was excellent.

I had to go in for a recall. After I got my car back it had grease on the floor mats. I went in and they said they would fix the problem but this should not have happened
