Bert was friendly and very personable - he remember my name and my son's name after we browsed the vehicles a day or two before. I was impressed. The girl in the financing are was very nice and very knowledgeable, the process was quick and painless - the comparison to the Capital salesman and financing was night and day. Those guys were jerks

Midway through the sale on my truck, the salesman left to go back to Alberta. The Finance Manager Devin Wilson stepped up and closed the deal and in my opinion should be commended on how well he did. Thanks Devin, and thanks to the Accessory consultant (Chris) who was also a pleasure to deal with.
