with living in Thunder Bay, ont and buying a truck across two provinces it was a lot of texts, emails and phone calls for a truck I had not seen in person. It was pretty stressful for me but I did my research and ask probably too many questions but I am pending a lot of money and wanted to know everything. The truck was ready when we got there but had to fight tooth and nail to get the proper screws from you to attach the mudflaps. I realize they come as a set but it is easier for you to order more than me who is two provinces away. At the end they gave them to me. I am super super happy with the truck and I have since emailed pics of the truck looking good of course!!

My experience has always been great, & guick. Always treated with the greatest respect. As a matter of fact, I can drive in anytime, without an app., & they will check any problem I may be having, & take care of it.

Service was very good but when I returned home I noticed damage to the exterior "posts" of the drivers door and the drivers side rear door that were not there when I took the car in - I returned immediately to Wheaton and told Bryan the Service Advisor what I had found. He came out to the Equinox to look at the damage and went in to get someone from the Body Shop to see it, two gentlemen came out, looked at it and said they had reviewed video that is taken when the vehicle is brought in and that the damage was not there before; so he said they would order the two pieces of what I call "door posts" and call me when they come in. When this is complete I would be happy to do another " experience sharing ".Tthank you Eric Salminen.
