All great except having to leave my vehicle, resulting in my having to pay transportation to and from work because I live\work in Angus.

Maintenance at 8000 km. I've been with this dealership since 2010 or 2011, and long term Angus patrons\ clients\customers shouldn't be treated less than those in Barrie or Innisfil in terms of courtesy transportation services. It's offensive, especially as I just bought a Rav 4, and I have my Yaris as well - both serviced in Barrie.

Keep up the good work; social distance drop off & express check-out excellent. Would recommend it continue, however other customers came in not wearing masks & no Toyota personnel had them leave until I had finished.

All the communication was very timely amd professional. Could use a few more signs to point people to the showroom to pick up your keys as a few people were milling around the same place where you drop off your keys expecting to pick it up at the same spot.

We like Jackson’s but not as satisfied as we were years ago. Our sales rep did a terrible job after sales. He was super friendly during the sale but terrible with following up on commitments after the sale. Our car was not ready at the time promised. Service rep was very friendly and helpful.

My experience here was simply amazing! From beginning to end, this was seemingly the easiest new vehicle purchase I've ever done! I actually inquired about my new Toyota Tacoma from 39,000 feet in the air while flying home from a trip out west where I had driven my brother's Toyota Truck. Quickly deciding I needed one for myself, I found Jackson's Toyota while surfing the internet on the flight home for the perfect truck - Jackson's had it on the lot! When I contacted them, Justin, one of their sales professionals answered my email. From there, it was an easy process. We went over the options and color I wanted, discussed pricing and trade and decided what was right for me budget wise. Fast forward to 3 days later, I drove over 3 hours each way to pick up my new Toyota Tacoma from Jackson's! It was worth the drive - I even spun the wheel and got 4 bottles of washer fluid which will come in handy for my cross Canada tour with my new Toyota happening next week! I got a great deal on the truck I wanted, everyone was so amazing at the dealership, helpful and friendly. Melissa, the finance manager I dealt with was also great at what she does!! This is my first Toyota in over 15 years! I am so happy to be back in the Toyota family and look forward to years of enjoyment to come with my new truck. Thanks Jackson's Toyota, I simply cannot say enough good about this dealership and the whole experience!, it wasn't just a sale, it was an experience!
