Purchased a 2020 Rav4 Limited Hybrid remotely with the help of Campbell over the phone and interaction with a Web purchase. The whole experience was seamless and easy. There were no surprises in the contract on signing. Would definetly do it again.

Service Number 6: Appreciated obtaining an appointment for service so quickly. Service occurred on time and in a timely fashion. Appreciated the various protocols (e.g. plastic on steering wheel and driver's seat) your business has implemented to protect us and your employees. Effective communication via phone to keep us updated on the progress of our service as well as answering post service questions.

I was very happy with the quick turnaround. My car was scheduled for recall work on a Friday but “died” the previous weekend. I had it towed in on the Monday & got it back Wednesday with both the recall & repair work done. Appreciate this very much, thank you!
