My vehicle was taken to Murray Chevrolet for warranty and repair service under two separate insurance claims. My service advisor approached me very quickly and verified why I was there. Another employee went to advise the body shop that I had arrived. Shortly aferwards a Body Shop representative was in attendance to review what was expected, and to ensure that I had a vehicle to drive while my car was in the body shop. All of these employees were respectful, friendly and efficient in their dealings with me.

Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, timely and extremely helpful. Although I had scheduled an early morning appointment, the shop was busy and it looked like I may have to spend most of the morning in the dealership cafeteria. Ryan found a way to move things along so that I was on my way in a couple of hours. I really appreciate the effort. Thank you.
