My experience with Dennis and those at Murray Chev has always been positive and I have no complaints with him or the service I received. He was both professional and courteous, and promptly let me know when my car needed repair to find out what arrangements could be made. I am completely satisfied with my his service.

Service provided was a routine oil change. The service manager sought me out to go over the details of the inspection that goes with the oil change. He was informative and pleasant. I never hesitate to recommend Murray's to others!

Incompetent service damaged my tires

I came in for a $25 routine tire change. Two of the tires, which Murray Chevrolet stored for me were flat, which cost another $50 in repairs. As if that weren't enough, the mechanics broke my pressure sensor, which cost me nearly $200 to have fixed at a different, competent garage. Absolutely taking my business elsewhere.

I work at the other side of the city and start work very early so Chris made sure I had a service car while my car was in the shop,so that I would not have to deal with another dealership closer to work. I appreciated this very much as I have been dealing with Dan Murray for aprx 15 years.

Having a pre-warranty inspection done at 95K was a good decision, since Murry found some issues that were covered and needed to be replaced. As usual, Peter took care of me and communicated everything so I would understand the work that was done. Not one of the best cars I've owned, but the professional service makes up for it.

This is my second car I purchased through Mike. He is always happy to help me and knows me enough to recommend the type of vehicle that best suits me. He is up to date on technology. Mike is an absolute pleasure to do business with. I recommend him any time a family member or friend is in the market.

We came in to look at a couple of specific models of new cars. We went in knowing we were in the market for a new car but not sure if we wanted it now or 6 months from now. We were only prepared to do an initial look and test drive. John made everything so easy for us. His sales style is very relaxed and customer focused. We really felt like we got the space and freedom we needed to make our own decisions in our own time but John was ready to answer questions or help steer us in the right direction when we asked for his input.
