Brantford Honda #1 in Dealer Service

I booked in my vehicle to Brantford Honda to have my snow tires switched to summer tires. This is my 3rd vehicle from Brantford Honda, so this is not new. When you arrive you are greeted with a smile, & a hand shake from the service advisor, who quickly process your vehicle, & the service needs. He makes sure you know where the washrooms are, the beverage center, & the lounge (waiting area) are. You are given the freedom to browse, look at vehicles, after market products, there is TV to watch, you can see the progress of your vehicle. The dealership is pristine when you arrive. Newspapers, magazine nicely stacked for you to look at, washrooms are sqeaky clean. There is even a couple of bowls of fruit at the beverage center, & lounge area. Most of the staff are extremely friendly & more than ready to answer any questions or help you look for what you may be after. What would a visit to this high end dealership be, with out the friendly tap on the shoulder or soft voice from behind from Scott McCulloch. Scott always makes you feel important, makes sure you are looked after. This dealership is always looking for ways to make the customer feel that their visit is of the utmost priority. You walk away fully comfortable that your vehicle is ready for the next few months of driving. There is no pressure to upsell you on any part of your visit, but everything you might want is there. Just ask. In my books there is no other dealership at this level. These guys have figured it out. You always leave knowing they will be there for you if you need anything, or when you return for the next servicing. The prices are more than competitive to anyone else out there.

got 2009 Mercedes C300 4matic. the price compared to other dealers was much better. loan was not too hard to pass. Service provided was appreciative.

I renewed a lease on a new 2015 Civic and I felt like I was buying my first car. I was greeted by a couple employees when I walked in and the salesman (Moose) was very friendly and helpful. After agreeing on the car, I was congratulated by the GM, another manager and a few other workers. This is my fifth Civic lease and I felt like it was my first time by the energy in Brantford Honda. Was respectful of my budget. Offered a variety of payment terms to choose best fit financially. Was competitive with trade in value and bonus promotion for trade in sale days. Was honest about product and competitors.
