Out of this world, customer service

From start to finish I was treated with respect and Chris made sure that all my questions were answered. There was never any pressure or sales pitches. I appreciated his overview of the various features on the vehicle...he took his time explaining and never did I feel rushed. He is also very easy to talk with and always had me laughing. Thanks so much Chris for all your help. You made this experience very enjoyable.

I wish I could give negative numbers. I actually really enjoyed the service department and the people working there. My issue is with "the powers that be". In Sept. 2022 my vehicle was in for some routine work and I asked that the crossbars be reattached to the top of my van. They apparently were as when I picked it up the cross bars were in place. Later that we left to go kayaking. On the Regina Bypass the cross bars, kayaks and all flew off the roof of my van. I have contacted Wheaton Kia numerous times to get some compensation for this. I was told that "Kia Canada" had been contacted and that I needed to wait to hear from them. I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally I contacted Kia Canada myself and they informed me that they had no intention of getting involved. I contacted Wheaton Kia again, and have still had no response. Meanwhile, I am still out a kayak, and crossbars. I will soon be starting the search for a new vehicle and unfortunately this dealership and the other "Wheaton" dealerships will be off of my list. It is now February 2024 and I still have not had my cross bars replaced. I have received a cheque for the kayak I bought to replace my damaged one. I replaced it with a smaller and cheaper kayak. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Chris and Kris made buying a vehicle at Wheaton Kia very straightforward and accommodating for me. They took my needs for work and family seriously in my vehicle purchase and terms of the sale were well explained. Chris was thorough and exceptionally helpful explaining every feature I needed assistance with in gaining comfort in my new Santa Fe. In my previous experiences at other dealerships, I have never had a person take as much time as Chris did to make sure I was satisfied and that I had gained an understanding of all the wonderful capabilities my new vehicle has. Thank you both again for turning a usually miserable experience into a very positive one. Excellent work Wheaton Kia!

Took my mom in to pick up her SUV and I saw a pretty white stinger gt set up the way I like made mention several times while inside hung out looking at the car and the most attention I got was the service lady saying yeah she has one if a clean cut well dressed person shows up in a 50000 dollar 2019 bright blue charger saying he really likes a car on your lot maybe don't sit around chatting and ask him if he's interested especially when i said something 3 times liked it enough I probably would have been driving it home that's twice now I've wanted one and a KIA dealer wouldn't even give me the time of day
