Car was not ready close to when quoted, oil change cost me 119.00..

I was told my car would be ready at 2pm, I was called around 1230-1 to let me know it would be delayed, I had arranged my day around you guys having my car for 7 hours, no major work done, recall part and oil change and inspection. Told them at just after 230 i was coming to get my car and to halt all work so it was ready when i get there, arrived an hour later, and car was still not ready, waited another 15 mins, got my car back around 430 . Not acceptable, was given an oil change for my inconvenience, appreciated, but still unacceptable. Using you guys for service is becoming more of a headache than a convenience, waiting for shuttles, waiting for vehicle to be ready, arranging day around service, and it being a moot point because vehicle is not ready when told, and even when you tell them you will be there in an hour, it still is not ready. Overpaying for an oil change is ridiculous. 119?? so yeah, not very satisfied, Dennis was apologetic, and i know lots was out of his hands, handled it as best as he could.

I was. Looked after immediatley upon arrival and the shuttle ride home was good. Transmission repair completed as promised.Was kept informed and picked up and My vechicle was returned in excellent condition.

Peter has always been very understanding and knowledgeable about the GM Vehicles. He has always had a very friendly and patient approach to dealing with any problems that I have encountered with my truck. He offers different approaches to trouble shooting problems rather than "WE could not find anything" brush off. He is a very valuable staff member and should be credited with respect from the dealership as he is a very important part of customer satisfaction. Nothing but good praise for this representative of GM/Chev and The Murray Team Be glad to deal with him again !!! Two thumbs up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
