Work is excellent however wait time was bit more this time in swapping the winter tires. Customer Service was also excellent.

Brought my vehicle in, explained that one tire was losing air, could they check it, as it was COVID I chose to go for a walk, I asked approx how long it would take, I was back at the suggested time and all was ready, impressed with the service and personnel

I was a loyal Volkswagen customer for about a decade, after the emissions scandal I had enough. I brought in my VW to Winnipeg Honda and was so satisfied with my experience there that I traded in another vehicle. I have subsequently brought my dad to them (a loyal GM customer for 30yrs) and he too is very happy with his Honda. Great experience with both sales guys, one who has moved on and Andy Chan. No pressure, straight forward and very helpful. Great service staff, finance guys too. Lifelong Winnipeg Honda client for sure.

I didn't end up buying a new car here after test driving the ridgeline, but the experience I had last year with Robert was one of the best! He was calm, extremely patient and polite throughout the process. Will 100% recommend.
