Employees took an item out of my trunk and are denying it (even though my car has only been serviced there). Manager even told me the technician has no business being in my trunk, yet an item is missing and I found tools left after picking up my car and they are COMPLETELY denying it. Completely do not care about customer service! Do NOT waste your time here. They are negligent.
