Recall and repair issues

My car came in for a recall matter. I also had an issue with the cracking of my driver’s leather seat and a missing part from my passenger door. I also requested for my car to be washed and cleaned inside and out. The recall issue was corrected and I was informed that the missing part for the passenger door was to be ordered and the repair of my driver’s seat would occur after going through all the proper channels for authorization and once this was completed I would be contacted to bring my car back for the necessary repairs. I am extremely disappointed as I requested for my car to be cleaned inside and out. However, upon getting into the car I did notice it was cleaned exterior but the interior was only vacuumed not wiped down. I called back and I was told that the price of cleaning the car inside and out only included the exterior being washed and the interior just being vacuumed NOT wiped down. Had I been informed that the price did not include the cost of having the interior wiped down then I would not have down at Murray Chev Olds but I would have taken my car the Chamois and for another $5.00 I could have had the interior wiped down. It has been approximately two weeks and I have yet to hear back regarding the other two issues mentioned above. Sandi Fleming

Over all at Murray Chevrolet they take their time to listen to their costumers and they treat you with respect and you don't feel as if you are just a number.

2014 Silvarado warranty work

The service was great, just disappointed with the number of times I've had to bring in a 2014 Silvarado for warranty work. Way too many bugs in this one.

Always reliable

Murray is like family to me. My past husband worked there for many years. And I was fortunate to get to know much of the staff. The staff are always friendly and sincere. Ronnie has always been my favourite service advisor.
