Vehicle was brought in due to a GM recall in regards to my 2004 Impala, for ignition key potential problems. Amanda Ritchot, was professional, in her demeanor and the way she explained the service that was to be done, was clear and concise. Was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Murray Chevrolet. In my opinion Amanda Ritchot, should not only be promoted to a Supervisory position, but given a substantial raise in pay as well.

Rennie and the service staff always provide my family and me with the greatest of service and care. If there is ever an unexpected issue, we are given adequate notice and an explanation. Thanks for taking care of us!

I brought in my car for a Recall to do with the immobilizer and the ignition. I drove in promptly, Amanda was friendly and polite. She took the details and assured me my car would be ready in a few hours. Car was ready when promised and all was well. It was a very easy pleasant experience that day.

From beginning to end, my service experience was fantastic! Every detail was explained and I receive daily updates via telephone. This was a coordination with the Service and Collision departments, and even though there were delays when additional damage was found, I felt like both departments were doing everything they could to restore my vehicle to "good as new". The Service department, Collision Department, and Enterprise staff provided incredible customer service through the entire process.
