I really liked that they offered me a car while I left my vehicle with them. Waiting for work to be done (and I have small children) is very challenging. I had been to Guelph Honda and it was a horrible experience and I will never go back there. I really appreciated the extra support and conversation provided by the staff to explain what they found. Price was reasonable, service was exceptional. I really liked that you have the car wash detail onsite, it was an easy sell for me to add that on while you had my car. Love the location, great staff. Keep up the good work.

Trevor is a good guy to deal with. He knows me by name and does his best to schedule me in for any service needs. He is courteous with everyone and I have never seem him act any other way. I went in for an oil change and brake work and was more than satisfied. He even loaned me a car so that I could go home and have supper with my family while work was being done on my car.

Every time we put our cars in for a service we are met with polite and knowledgeable service personnel. They never hesitate to inform us of any problems that may become issues in the future. It is always a pleasant and informative experience when we out our cars into Brantford Honda for a service.

stone chips found on lip of hood which have started to rust. The problem was addressed with viable solution presented to touch up areas and will monitor these areas forward.

My Honda GPS steered me to Brantford Honda when I had a minor problem on the highway. When I pulled in, Trevor greeted me, diagnosed the issue and had me back on my journey within two hours. What a great experience. Thanks Trevor.
