Had the pleasure of working with Mr Rob Shae and he was an all star from the beginning. I had some minor concerns about the vehicle and they were addressed immediately. Something that impressed me was that even when all the financing was done, I still remained a priority until I was driving my new car down the highway. I look forward to the follow up call in a few weeks. Someone get this man a raise!

We have always had our CRV serviced at Palladino Honda and have never had any real issues. But on this occasion, my wife unwittingly "ok'd" the replacement of the serpentine belt, which was apparently due for replacement. Our invoice shows we were billed $100 for the belt! The average on-line price is around $20. That's a 500% increase for "Genuine Honda Parts"! We were also billed $80 to change the belt. That's $180 to change a belt. This is simply absurd....

Dan advised of what needed to be done and what was recommended. No pressure. Wish you had a Dan in sales - but keep him in service - at least until I'm ready to change vehicles. Your service team is a pleasure to deal with. R-A

The people at the service desks are very nice and knowledgeable. The vehicle is always done on time. The courtesy van is a great service.

No complaints about the service I received, it was great. The parking situation was a nightmare. Had to park where I was blocking cars.
