The worst experience every time we bring our vehicle in for service there's an issue never bringing it back there for service it's been 7 times too many

I had an issue previously with palladino and have to say that the way it was handled and fixed was truly remarkable! The service manager at palladino called me and expressed her deepest concern to make sure I was taken care of and she did just that. I cannot be happier. Thank you very much!
