I had a bit of trouble setting up a appointment for diagnosis of the issue; starting with 3 calls to service where no-one was apparently available. Next, I had to repeat what I wanted several times til the issue was understood. I did get an appointment quickly, but when I arrived at 8:30 am there was not a parking spot on the whole lot to be had. I ended up parking behind other parked cars. The issue was diagnosed and job completed the same day.(despite being told I would have to wait a week and a half later to get a service appt.) When we came to pick up the car, the service rep was apologizing for not calling us to tell us to tell us the car was ready, because he had lost my cell number (which was apparently on the invoice/sheet) This seemed to be a crazy day at the dealership. So far, so good the repairs seem to have done the job!

It is comforting to know that when I bring my vehicle for whatever reason, I get exactly what was requested ,on time ,and always with a smile from knowledgeable and professional staff.

I have to stop going in the morning when it's really busy. My only disappointment would be that I have a rear light out, which I forgot to mention, but assumed would be caught and fixed when the vehicle checks were done. Otherwise, everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Didd my alignment and replaced my serpentine belt and wipers...did a good job...service people are very helpful and friendly...jay was helpful as ever

The challenge started when I tried to book the appointment and was treated rather rudely when asking questions about the shuttle service. When I was suprised about the SINGLE guaranteed shuttle, & that this would be challenging, the booking agent told be to suit myself and find my own ride. Was told to show up early because there is only 1 guaranteed shuttle - the shuttle left with one customer and there was a line-up of customers waiting to be served. Even though I was on time, I had a shuttle that left 30 minutes later than the scheduled time. This is also problematic in that I live almost 1hr away and did my part to be there early. I was told that I could not be accommodated for my return shuttle ride back to the shop and had to leave at the earlier time the other customer had set for pick-up. After arriving at 7:35 am to have my car there early (as I was told so that I could leave with the guaranteed shuttle) for what I had already confirmed was the need to have brakes changes, I receive a call at 15h40 sharing that indeed the brakes need to be changed and DID I NEED THIS DONE TODAY? Yes I indeed need the work done as I had advised them on arrival. The shuttle showed up almost 20 minutes late for pick-up; my car was not ready when I arrived back to the shop at passed 17h. The only pleasant part of this visit was the very kind young gentleman who helped me at the desk. He did provide me a very modest discount for my troubles (l am estimating approximately 50$ on an almost 1200$ bill). There definitely had significant overbooking for that day and this had an important impact on the quality of the service provided.
