I have been leaving a message for the service manager and waiting for her call for over a week! Palladino Honda service department has been a nightmare!

No complaints about the service I received, it was great. The parking situation was a nightmare. Had to park where I was blocking cars.

I have not had to wait for a long period of time for regular maintenance appointments, that makes me very happy! This scheduled tire exchange appointment was once again done very efficiently...thank you!

I had a bit of trouble setting up a appointment for diagnosis of the issue; starting with 3 calls to service where no-one was apparently available. Next, I had to repeat what I wanted several times til the issue was understood. I did get an appointment quickly, but when I arrived at 8:30 am there was not a parking spot on the whole lot to be had. I ended up parking behind other parked cars. The issue was diagnosed and job completed the same day.(despite being told I would have to wait a week and a half later to get a service appt.) When we came to pick up the car, the service rep was apologizing for not calling us to tell us to tell us the car was ready, because he had lost my cell number (which was apparently on the invoice/sheet) This seemed to be a crazy day at the dealership. So far, so good the repairs seem to have done the job!
