Tire/oil change; wheel covers were not put on, but Dan made sure it was taken care of ASAP the next day! The help was appreciated.

Waiting for car, pleasant. Ride home was frustrating. Steering was stifff and car veered to left or right on straight ways. Back next day. Tech could find no problem on a couple minutes drive on Kingsway. Ride should have been longer and not on a busy road as the Kingsway. Made us feel like we knew nothing about the problem we described. Redid alignment, ride home was better. Pleasant and polite staff did reassure us to come back if problem persists. Other service calls were uneventful.

We are very pleased with the service at Palladino. You are respectful of time and that is really appreciated. Our services were performed exactly in the time promised. We appreciate the comfortable waiting area as well. Our only disappointment was in not finding a valet to take the car on our arrival.

My vehicle was ready as promised and only the necessary, agreed upon work was performed as discussed with the service advisor.
