Tamara was extremely helpful in solving a 1 year old issue. She is very pleasant to deal with. She called me to let me know that additional service was needed on vehicle that was covered under warranty. I would definitely deal with her again. She is an employee you want to keep around.

Dan saw me sitting in my vehicle at 7 waiting for the service department to open. Despite not opening until 7:30 he came out and invited me to come inside, grab a coffee and wait comfortably. Made my day! Thanks Dan!

Dustin was very professional and courtesy. He was polite and patient when needed to tell me what other items were required, going over all the recommendations, highlighting them for me. He also came out with me to confirm the winter tires had been placed in the vehicle giving me room for picking up passengers for a luncheon.

The service group at Palladino Honda is great! Dan, Marilyn, Matt and the rest of the service team recently helped with resolving a unique problem with my 2009 Honda. The team's persistence and patience resulted in a solution that worked. I have dealt with Palladino Honda for many years. The service team has consistently provided pleasant and helpful service. Again this last time, the service was first rate. Thanks Gang!!

My first ever purchasing experience, Rob Shea and Mike made it a good one! They made sure I knew all the need to knows, made sure the vehicle I was interested in was for my best interest. Having all the bells and whistles I need and want. Great people make it a great place!

We went in for the B service and installation of summer tires. I forgot to mention the wiper on the back, but they saw it anyway and replaced it. Brakes also needed work, again, I didn't know that but they caught that and fixed them, all with clear explanations and my approval. Great job!

I get a oil change 2 times a year and this was the first time they didn't charge me for other things Ilike they did in the past like charging just for checki ups I bought the new car in 2015 so I wouldn't have to cost me for a few years my next car will be a used car so at lease if things have to be done to it then I will understand the cost I don't understand why we have to pay for check ups on a new car I don't expect an answer because the last time I told you this all you said was well if I was to buy a more expensive car the next time I have to get a check up on the car I get my mechanic to do it .
