Overall my experience was good. There were a few things that seemed a bit weird to me about the experience. For instance, I was allowed to test drive the vehicle with the salesman however when my boyfriend showed up to test drive the car we were allowed to take the vehicle without the salesman. I also thought it was weird that I needed to schedule an oil change for the week after I purchased the vehicle. This seems to be something that should of been done on the vehicle before purchase. Finally, when picking up the car I was only given one set of keys and when I asked about the second set we found out that they had been lost. A second set is being made for me which I appreciate but I wonder if I would of even received them had I not asked.

Customer Service unable to address my questions/concerns regarding changing/flushing of brake fluid @ 3 year mtce. Nowhere in manual or on google is their ANY reference to changing brake fluid. Actually brake fluid is NEVER mentioned! The response I received was to satisfy warranty, Honda recommends the work be done! I suggested they (HONDA) make this clear to customers. .

The work was completed in the length of time that I was told and the work was done as I expected. They didn’t add any extra charges to my bill.

Tamara was extremely helpful in solving a 1 year old issue. She is very pleasant to deal with. She called me to let me know that additional service was needed on vehicle that was covered under warranty. I would definitely deal with her again. She is an employee you want to keep around.

Dan saw me sitting in my vehicle at 7 waiting for the service department to open. Despite not opening until 7:30 he came out and invited me to come inside, grab a coffee and wait comfortably. Made my day! Thanks Dan!

Dustin was very professional and courtesy. He was polite and patient when needed to tell me what other items were required, going over all the recommendations, highlighting them for me. He also came out with me to confirm the winter tires had been placed in the vehicle giving me room for picking up passengers for a luncheon.

The service group at Palladino Honda is great! Dan, Marilyn, Matt and the rest of the service team recently helped with resolving a unique problem with my 2009 Honda. The team's persistence and patience resulted in a solution that worked. I have dealt with Palladino Honda for many years. The service team has consistently provided pleasant and helpful service. Again this last time, the service was first rate. Thanks Gang!!
