great service, great car!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Rob Shea to pick out my first car. Rob was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I understood the different options and advantages that each model came with. There was absolutely no waiting time, everything was taken care of with ease from the choice of car, to financing and then finally to the car pick up. This was a great experience and I highly recommend anyone looking for truthful and knowledgeable help picking out a Honda to come in and deal with Rob!

Great customer service, this is twice that I've gone to Palladino Honda for a vehicle but my first time going through with a purchase. Josh Lalonde did a fantastic job getting me the vehicle I wanted and at the right price. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Terrible customer service for the second time. Not only was I told to call back to book an appointment, Palladino does not offer servicing for out-of-town customers. Having problems with my 2016 CRV, not even two years old!

The BEST place in sudbury to find a car and get the most bang for your buck! Always have incredible deals, the staff is beyond friendly and flexible! They will do their best to get you in the car you deserve! They have a HUGE variety of different vehicles from new to used. Doesn't even have to be a Honda! They also offer one of the best trade in values for your old vehicle so they can get you into something new! Always a very pleasurable experience I would rate every visit a 10/10! Even if your looking for a new Mazda paladino has you covered!
