Incredible service. Brought my car in today, took less than an hour for the whole service package, including a changed part. Never seen such fast and reliable service. Would recommend, will definitely visit every 6 months.

Awful customer service. When I picked up my new Mazda 3 there was a damage on the rear seat, I asked the dealer to fix it and it was not fixable, therefore the dealer commited to replace the seat. Six month later they have not replace the seat and the only thing they say is "there is a back order and you must wait" Additionally I got a lifetime oil change for my Mazda 3 and they always want to charge you anything extra when the maintenance only includes the oil change. I wont do business with this dealer anymore!

I had a personal experience with the Barrhaven Mazda dealership. They were friendly and helpful in finding me a brand new car. However, it did take them a long time to communicate anything back to me, they didn't let me know that I was going to get the vehicle and I had to call them back time and time again to get information. When I finally got my vehicle, they had forgotten to put the paint protection so I had to return to get that fixed. But I noticed a scratch on it the first day that went straight down to the metal and all they did was use a paint pen on it that just covers it up a little bit but doesn't really fix the gouge it has left in the paint. Overall very satisfied but disappointed in their lack of communication and the gouge that has been left on my vehicle.
