Great service, Very reasonable price, Was able to watch work in progress. Very friendly staff . Was obvious they were careful with my car which is important to me. Offered a car wash which I declined as I like to hand wash my car. Did not slap a sticker on my windscreen without asking, a small but important detail.

Craig and Bob both made the trading of my 2011 Dodge Ram to a new 2104 Dodge Ram very pleasant with the ease of the transcation. Vehicle had to have a few accessories added and they were done in a prompt fashion. I picked up my vehicle today, April 11,2014 and the truck was ready go right away ! In and out within 45 mins.

I have purchased three vehicles from Craig Herron at Oxford Dodge. With each purchase, Craig proved himself to be truly invested in finding me a vehicle that addressed my needs for comfort, safety, cost, and style. He worked tirelessly in that vein, and in the end always managed to put me in a vehicle that was even more than I'd been hoping for. He and the entire Oxford Dodge team are truly focused not only on satisfying but also delighting their customers. And this includes the post-purchase experience. In an age where it's difficult to maintain customer loyalty, they certainly have mine.

Craig is by far one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He is always up and respects his clients time. He has great product knowledge and does not leave you feeling like you are playing a game. If he needs the sales managers assistance he brings him on board with him.

Robert was very helpful and personable. He gave us what we believe was a fair deal and made the whole experience, which is usually fraught with stress at other dealerships, as easy as it could be. We were treated as adults who could make up our own minds and we appreciate and respond to that.

Right from the time we walked into the dealership she made us feel like family. I went in first and we discussed a used journey and she had everything ready for my hubby to see/sign. Then he decided to go with a brand new one. Even when we changed our mind a couple of times she as so patient and willing to help! When we bought the Journey my mobility was not an issue and then almost a year later I had an M.S. relapse and my mobility went down the drain. I had been back for an oil change and saw her so we started chatting. When she heard about my relapse she immediately started to think of ways to make getting in and out of the car easier for me. She is such an amazing person and we will definitely think of her when it is time to change vehicles.

This was the free clinic. They checked my car out, everything was good. Everything was done quickly but I missed my car wash...lol :)
