Snow tires were put on my car. Adam provided courteous customer service. When the job was completed, he came to inform me that my car was ready, I would deal with Adam again for my service needs, and take the drive to Brantford from Hamilton,

Oil change - greeted early, told the time the car would be finished and the cost. Asked if I had any concerns or questions. Waited in the lounge that had a inhouse TV that showed my car was in service and when it was completed. Great place, everyone always very friendly and helpful. Couldn't ask for any better service - 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Adam provided me with great service he was patient and responded clearly and concisely to my questions and he was courteous through all of my interactions with him during my visit to get my snow tires put on for the season

Had it towed in via my Honda Roadside. They fixed and replaced some thingy and only charged me for the labour. I was in and out with no worries driving away.

The team always greets their customers with a smile. They are respectful and will go through the service details in a way so that there are very little surprises. If there is any concern or any new issue with the service they will call immediately to explain and to get approvals or a decision. As a long time customer, I feel that I can trust the service team at Brantford Honda.
