Jami Allan,Randy Swistun and the SMP team went above and beyond to help us get into the vehicles me and my wife wanted. I went in today for an oil change and asked them to check my back tire as it was low the day before. I sat in the lounge for over 2 hours before they came to tell me that they found a nail in the side wall of the tire I asked them to check. They told me it was NOT ABLE TO BE REPAIRED and I needed to purchase 2 new tires. I decided to get 4 new ones installed. They told me it would be $409/ tire, shuttled me home and told me it would be finished before noon. (The shuttle showed up at 430) After a little research, I found the same tires for $327/ tire elsewhere. My husband was leery and decided to go look at the tires himself once he was done work. They were definitely not expecting my husband to show up. The nail WAS NOT in the side wall at all and the tire WAS repairable- there was NO NEED for new tires at all. SMP totally took advantage of me as a woman who was alone today. If my husband has gone in initially, I can guarantee they would have been able to fix my tire.
