Nothing but praise for Sam, Eli, and the team at Bank St. Mitsubishi. They all made purchasing a new vehicle an enjoyable experience. Sam’s passion for the product really showed, as did his exemplary customer service and positive attitude. I can see why he is an award winning sales person. I highly recommend both the Mitsubishi and the Dilawri experience!

On the plus side, the coffee machine and Uber service are very nice perks. Now for my experience with the service dept. I brought my 2014 RVR here for service because it had a couple recalls to be completed before it could be safetied. The parts were back-ordered. After saying “no problem, we’ll call you when your parts come in. No need to check in with me.” Quentin failed to notify me when my parts had arrived, leaving my car to sit in my driveway for over two months. When I finally called them and found out the parts had arrived a while ago, I tried to drive to the appt but my car wouldn’t start - my alternator and battery had died while the car sat for 2 months waiting for parts! I had to get it towed to a garage and fixed, costing me $1000. The lack of a simple follow-up cost me a grand - I’d have called but the guy assured me that I didn’t need to. The first time I left the garage, the car made an awful clunking noise going over every bump. How didn’t they catch that during their supposed test drive? And both times I left the garage, the engine light came on a couple minutes later. They also took over a week to get the work done (it was less than a day of work), even though I’d made an appointment and they knew exactly what work was needed. I understand that things come up and people can’t make it to work, but that is not acceptable. I complained to them about these issues. The standard apologies were made but that was it. I’d never have taken my car here if it wasn’t for a recall, and this experience has solidified that for me.

Buying my Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV from Bank Street Mitsubishi was an excellent buying experience that I can't easily forget. Moe was my sales guy. He is friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. Even after the delivery of my vehicle, he was checking up on to see if I have any concerns. How can I forget Michael, the General sales manager who sealed the deal and made my car Buying experience worthwhile. Eli, The accountant was also reasonable and flexible with me in finalizing the deal. I visited other dealerships but I highly recommend Bank Street Mitsubishi.

On Friday, August 4, my life changed. As a newcomer to the country, I bought a car at this dealership. Fortunately, Sam, the salesperson, and Eli, the financier, attended me, both excellent people and excellent at what they do. Sam explains how the car works very well, he teaches calmly and patiently. Eli goes carefully and explains one by one the details of the purchase of the car and is very kind. I am completely happy with the service I received at this dealership, I do recommend it 100%

I recently traded up to a new RVR. Everyone at Bank Street Mitsubishi was courteous and efficient and dealing for the vehicle was more pleasant that anticipated. I dealt with Naseem ('Sam') who, having sold over 400 of this model over the years, was very knowledgeable in explaining all the features of the car before I bought \ during test drive, and again upon delivery. I'm a real techno-dinosaur and Sam went out of his way to be instrumental in effecting the link between my android phone and the my and the display screen and explaining how everything functions. I recommend this dealership and dealing with Sam in particular. I'm pleased with my new RVR. The only reason I rated this business 4 star instead of 5 is that I haven't yet had the opportunity to experience its service.
