Unfortunately, I have to say that one of my close friends whom I trust suggested that I go to this dealership to buy a car, and it turned out to be my worst shopping experience. It should be said that they intend to sell packages more than cars! Especially, if you visit during Black Friday, they have a Black Friday fraud package and all their colleagues are united and there is no one who went to him and told him about it, and the only place to talk is this way so that no one else will be deceived by them.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever – Avoid Bank Street Hyundai! Trust me when I say this was the most frustrating and unprofessional car-buying experience we’ve ever had. My husband and I visited Bank Street Hyundai to take advantage of what seemed like a great Black Friday offer. We even paid a deposit and returned the next day to finalize the contract—only for them to completely change their terms! We initially dealt with Adam, who seemed polite and professional, but then he passed us on to someone else who spoke to us in an incredibly rude and aggressive manner. When we asked to remove the package from the deal because it wasn’t worth the cost, they threatened us, saying we would have to wait months for the car unless we accepted the package! They claimed that the car available in the dealership was only available with this “deal,” which made no sense at all. the package raised the monthly cost of a Kona N Line AWD by $120 more than what was originally quoted in website. Even after removing it, the price still didn’t match the one on Hyundai’s website. When we pointed this out, they showed no willingness to address the discrepancy and treated us with complete disrespect. Finally, after a tense and unpleasant discussion, they told us they’d refund our deposit and that we should leave to “think about our decision.” Their behavior was absolutely disgraceful and far beneath the standards I expected from Hyundai. I’m shocked and disappointed by how this dealership treated us. Hyundai, you should be ashamed of how your name is being represented by Bank Street Hyundai. This experience has left a terrible impression, and I’ll be sharing this feedback widely to warn others.
