Absolutely appalling customer service and service department. Newer vehicle, went to them for an issue with the audio which they failed to properly diagnose and blamed a faulty radio (an easy way out for lazy people who wouldn't properly investigate, as it was covered under warranty). Turns out the radio wasn't the problem at all and the issue was due to another faulty part (also covered under warranty), which caused a seal to fail and a pool of water in the spare tire compartment which in turn caused an intermittent electrical short. After the water was removed and the seal repaired, GM refused to cover the cost of getting the smell of fetid, standing water out of the car even though it was caused by a part under warranty. All the while, communication was terrible and they rarely answered the phone and never called us back. Absolutely would not recommend their service department. Failure of the dealer to properly diagnose the problem, and failure of GM to resolve an issue caused by a warrantied part. Shameful. Edit: we had to take our vehicle to another GM dealer to have the issue properly diagnosed and dealt with, as Georgian proved to be too inept to work on their own vehicles.

I am in the middle of buying out a leased truck. I was in contact with John from finance and I found him to be rude, abrasive and even hung up on a staff member when he call my company line to try and connect with me. Maybe John is good at his job in finance but in my opinion should not be front facing in this organization, or should at least get some customer service training.

The team here have been amazing, from the purchase of my equinox to making sure I’m 100% happy with it. Steph & Dillon did an amazing job getting us into the car. Dillon & Laura have made sure any concerns I have are addressed, both are extremely helpful, patient & beyond understanding. Had an exceptional experience purchasing my first vehicle from Alex at Georgian! Alex wasn't trying to sell me something I wasn't interested in, he actually cares about what his customers are looking for! Very personable and easy to contact! I was kept in the loop of my Terrain's whereabouts every step of the way! Being a first time buyer I was quite nervous, but both Alex and Will helped me understand everything from the price to the vehicle itself.
