Once again the service from Sam and Neil has been excellent , but Not they happy with the car , defect from stering wheel, and now in the panel showing the air bag sign and the passenger sign even when all passenger have their seat belts on , and the annoying ding ding sound I have to deal with for one week with until it gets repair ( appointment given withing a week cause the person who fix it is away.)

Buying a new car with engine light on is the worse experience you can have. Not happy with having to repair my new 2016 Jeep Wrangler the first day of me picking it up.

Brought my car in for service after hearing some noises in the front end when going over bumps. Was informed after an inspection that I needed some new struts . After giving my OK and been given a quote, they were quickly replaced. When picking up my vehicle, I noticed the bill was slightly more than the quote. Once pointed out, they explained the error and charged only the original quote.
