To. be able to take the car for a drive then go in and do the paper work then see the financial manager and being told its now my car. I can't believe the service I received. My wife and I went home with all the papers saying the car would have his last check up and licence put on for us to pick it up the next day. The day prior to this I was put on hold because they said they were expected the vehicle next day. It was a nightmare. Chrysler service was excellent.

Sam was fantastic, very personable, and allowed me to lead the process. My only complaint is that he said he would try to get me some touch up paint to match my car for a ding on the hood, and I'm still waiting for a call from him to say that he has it. He did an off color touchup just to prevent rust from setting in, so I'm not overly concerned, but it would still be nice to get the paint he said he would get me. Meanwhile, Edward (I keep screwing up his name, sorry...), was extremely aggressive in pushing the extended warranty, to the point where I became so frustrated I had to tell him I really didn't appreciate his hard sell tactics, and to stop. We didn't even really get into the other services you guys offered cause at that point I just wanted to get the paperwork signed so I could leave.

I found that the service folks were polite, friendly and helpful, great attitude! they made recommendations without being pushy! I will definitely return in the future.

Four visits to get the world done correctly. Manager picked up vehicle last time. Brakes were fixed, sharp edges left on shifter knob Were not there befor. Didn't have the patients to take it back. Will consider returning g for service in the future

I think I did not get fair trade when I traded my care. And when I asked to add some more future to the car I get I was told that I will bay $$ And when I went to drop my car I was told difrent $$$$$$$ I mean more money.

My husband brought the van in for an oil change after a long road trip and the technician was kind enough to advise and execute a rotation of the tires as well as suggest what may need to examined on the next visit.

Always a pleasure dealing with your service people, William and Joe. Kind , efficient and friendly..in for a tire warning light and a nail was discovered. Tire fixed no charge.
