Professional yet warm and personable

As always, the service department is very courteous detailed and honest. They always check out my concerns and tell me what they did, found and recommend.

I brought my 2013 Dart in for a recall. I must say the brakes feel quite different since they installed the required repalcement part for safety. I feel a need to bring the car in to get checked Sincerely Glory

I got my change oil and recall fixed on time. Good TV monitoring progress. I liked it. Good to have a nice sofa and clean washroom.

Caused me to miss Doctors appointment

I had arranged for a pickup at my house. No one showed up. Called in and was told dream ver was on the way. 1 hour later I called in again and was told on the way. Eventually showed up. I had by this point missed appointments. When I got to the dealership I let the service manager know that I will have to pay for my appointment up words of $150 and his comment was that seemed like an expensive Doctor. Not sure if I was more shocked by the poor quality of his customer service or his lack of knowledge of what people earn. I will be looking at other dealerships go forward.
