We test drove 3 different vehicles and settled on the last one. Our payment was lower and we were able to get a full warranty. All of our questions were answered.

Sam is a wonderful Sales Consultant. I felt that he met all the criterias in providing excellent customer service. He is fair, honest and followed thru even after the sales transaction was done. He was even really patient with our 5 year old! Sad that he's gone elsewhere.

They have no credibility at little work they will not give you back your deposit that was left on a car we were going to buy if the size fit however it didn't so I ask for my deposit back and then the salesman showed their true colors swearing at us telling us learn how to read but yet we give the deposit before we can see the contract so reading has nothing to do with it I would say learn how to sell and be professional they are terrible stuff the prices were up and down they came on very desperate and very prophetic they tried to sell me extended warranty for $4,000 the next day it was only 1500 I have proof of all this if anyone would like to see this they sent it by email trying to get me to buy it they threatened me with legal action which I look forward to you so I can expose them for the scam that they are pulling buyer beware roadsport Chrysler on Eglinton have a nice day

My visit was very pleasant. I was informed in detail what was going to happen to my vehicle and when completed was explained what had been done. Was asked if I had any questions. Answered all my questions very respectful and in detail.

Weather it's general maintenance or a problem with my vehicle, these guys and girls are great. The best service in the City. Staff are friendly, out going and more than happy to help. I always enjoy visiting "Roadsport Chrysler" and have never had a problem dealing with staff and management.

My 08 Patriot was in for regular maintenance. The oil pan had to be resealed (covered by an extended warranty). A tie rod and rear lateral arm were replaced. A tune-up and fuel system procedure was done. Front and rear brakes were replaced. An unusually long and noisy pad seating period followed and still reoccurs occasionally especially when reversing. Somehow during the wheel rotation work, a TPM sensor was broken because the technician could not remove the valve cap, supposedly due to corrosion. (I had checked tire pressures a few weeks earlier with no problem.) The corrosion was attributed to dissimilar metals between the valve stem and the Mopower cap which was from a promo gift set! This situation cost me approximately $132 plus tax. The question arises: How many more vehicles with these attractive caps will develop this problem? These comments should not detract from the generally positive experiences I have had at this dealership for the past eight years but it has raised some doubts in my mind in terms of the future!
