We went to the dealership looking for a good used car when the owner Tom came out and spent a bit of time with us and helped pick out a car. He listened to us as what we needed and suggested a car and i love it. Everyone was very helpful and as my work hours vary they were more than happy to stay beyond closing to wait for me to come and pick up the car. Randy was very helpful and explained everything to me to a tee These people will go above and beyond to see you smile and happy If you need a good reliable and affordable vehicle this is the team you want on your side. I will for sure be buying my next vehicle from them as well thank you all very much I'm very happy with my car

I've had horrible experience with fusion for a few months brought my vehicle in multiple times that cost me each time when supposedly was supposed to be covered by warranty and now I have only owned this vehicle for under a year and the motor started to make noise I called Tom and Jeremy and they refused to help so I brought it to a shop in town and they wanted to do a diagnosis on it and the motor blew so now I'm stuck with 9000 in expenses out of my pocket!!!!!!!! And no help what so ever for Tom or Jeremy, I would not recommend them or the warranty they sell!!!!

Johan Let's get the facts straight. You contacted Jeramy and thought that you transmission problems. You kept driving the vehicle, You called me and said that the vehicle was making a noise and I advised you to stop driving it. I gave you the name of a shop in Leamington to look at it. You drove the vehicle to your relatives house.. Last we spoke, 2 weeks ago, you were on your way here to the dealership to talk about how we could work together to figure out a solution. You didn't show up or call and this is the first that we've heard from you. I'd like to remind you that you made the smart decision to purchase extended warranty but put 30,000 kilometers on the vehicle and it unfortunately expired. Otherwise, a lot of the repairs would have been covered. I would still like to work with you and urge you to contact me. I am sorry for the situation that you're in but to blame us for everything is not fair. In closing, I would like the remind you of the 5 star review that you gave us at the time of sale when we helped you out of another tough situation that you found yourself in. We had the absolute best experience from all involved in purchasing the car. Our needs were listened to and respected. Every question we asked was answered without hesitation and the ones we should of asked was brought to our attention. Everyone was friendly and personable. From seeking a vehicle to test driving it to making a decision to financing it and the crash course of getting familiar with the vehicle went very smoothly. Thank you Tom Sabrina and Randy.
