Tamara was very professional . She always had a smile on her face. The service is always top drawer. The young man (I forgot his name) who gave me my paperwork and keys was also very professional.

Took to long, they told me an hour to an hour and a half and it took 2 and 1/2 hours. The girls I deal with are always pleasant and I know it wasn't there fault.

Bought a car in November from them, my salesman would never have time to deal with me. Make the commission money off my car and didn't even take the time to physically hand me the keys and other employees did his work, other than that it was alright. Up until I receive a call to my bosses office 2 weeks later and due to a mistake with my Income Info (that was found) I was terminated from the position I held in my career under the act of Falsifying Employment Information when I gave all the correct info for both my jobs and they got mixed up between eachother...worst first new car experience I've had, so I left honda and went to driving an Audi instead.

The technician came along for a drive with me to hear the clunking sound coming from my car. He immediately identified the cause and was able to repair it flawlessly!
