I appreciated having the work done within the time frame that was promised. I found the representative to be professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. All work performed was explained in detail to me so I knew what work was completed and therefore no surprises when I got the bill.

This was the fifth vehicle I've purchased from a dealer; the second I purchased new. So far this was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Also, the coffee at the service center is really good. Would buy at Palladino again.

Servicing door/ seal

The dealer changed the door and window seal. There was wind noise. I noticed a slight improvement. However, 'm not convinced that the job eliminated the problem completely. Unfortunately, I'm out $200 for this job.

Great Job Dan, Thanks. Only thing Palladino Honda could do to make it a true "five star" experience would be to wash vehicles that are in for a min amount of service.
