Bought a car in November from them, my salesman would never have time to deal with me. Make the commission money off my car and didn't even take the time to physically hand me the keys and other employees did his work, other than that it was alright. Up until I receive a call to my bosses office 2 weeks later and due to a mistake with my Income Info (that was found) I was terminated from the position I held in my career under the act of Falsifying Employment Information when I gave all the correct info for both my jobs and they got mixed up between eachother...worst first new car experience I've had, so I left honda and went to driving an Audi instead.

The technician came along for a drive with me to hear the clunking sound coming from my car. He immediately identified the cause and was able to repair it flawlessly!

Repeat problems with car magically not covered by extended warranty

Every time I bring my car to Palladino it turns out that not only does the magical warranty I was sold on never cover the problem, but I'm gouged $90 just for someone to plug the car into a computer. This is the second time time in less than four years I've had to replace the battery on my Fit (worrying that Palladino had no record of the first replacement) and I've got no answers for why this has happened again so quickly or what extra measures are required to keep it from happening again. I've previously had other issues with the car that went unresolved there and frankly I've come to the conclusion that I've been hosed by Palladino whenever I've gone there for service. Would not recommend for service and, due to obnoxiously pushy sales people, would not recommend buying a car there either.

Nice service and great lot. I like their lounge area and friendly staff! Got my second vehicle from this place and I don't go elsewhere to shop around!.
