This is my second CRV with Palladino and I could not be more satisfied. Rob Rouleau, my Salesman, was amazing as always and just everything was run very smoothly. And of course can’t forget that the price was right for me. Thanks again Palladino.

friendly accommodating staff

I purchased a new civic hatchback car since my previous Civic sedan was totaled. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a slight problem the day I was originally supposed to pick up the car and it would not be ready but they had a vehicle brought to my work for me to use until the car was ready which was very accommodating for me since I live an hour out of town. Overall everything went well and I am happy with my new car.

This is my second vehicle with Palladino Honda and with Rob Rouleau as my Salesman. Rob is excellent, knowledgeable and he really takes the time to explain so many details with you. He is very patient, excellent personality, and really made me feel comfortable with everything that is involved in purchasing my new vehicle. I will definitely recommend him as a Salesman to anyone.
