It is hard to describe the appointment as "positive" when you get an estimate for $1200 of repairs when you took your vehicle in for an oil change and brake cleaning. That was an incredibly high cost report to get and the person at the service desk didn't soften the blow and acted like it was normal. In the past the service person at least said they would try to take a percentage off since the repairs were all being done together.

My first service visit.Lovely waiting room ,shared with customers who were obvious fans of Palladino Honda.Now I know why.P.S. the cost was less than expected,since when does that happen at a dealer(usually need heart medication)

Rob provided the best customer service when we purchased our new Civic. We had him as our salesman the last time we purchased a civic as well and he was wonderful. Great service and very knowledgeable.

I can't believe that a car with such a good reputation would have a battery that failed under 3 years of service. This is the first car of 12 that I have owned that the battery did not last at least 5 years . very poor
